- Students reaching the main gate exit should have either a day pass or out-station approval in the SWD portal.
- Students must carry their physical ID cards when leaving the campus. If the student claims that he/she lost the ID card or applied for a new ID card, the student shall send a request email to the concerned warden/superintendent and obtain approval to go out.
- All luggage will be checked upon entry throughout the day. If needed, students may request a private security room for the inspection.
- Cabs for students are allowed entry until 10:30 PM. After this time, entry is permitted only if the student has heavy luggage, which will be subject to security checks before entry.
- Online food orders are permitted inside the campus until 10:30 PM.
- Parents are allowed to enter the campus upon registering their details at the main gate.
- Entry of relatives and friends: For visitors other than parents, including relatives and friends, the student must obtain prior approval through email (mentioning the purpose of their visit and duration of stay) from the concerned hostel warden/superintendent before entering the campus. They are allowed to visit only between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Students who enter the campus late will be blocked from applying for gate passes for one week.
- Students who enter the campus intoxicated will be blocked from applying for gate passes for two weeks.
